Return Policy

Gateway Equestrian Product Guarantee and Return Policy and Guarantee


We Want you to be 100% happy with our equestrian products. Our quality Products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.

We accept return or exchange of any products within 7 days of the original shipping date.

Any exchanged items must not show signs of use or wear and may only be exchanged for store credit or a similar product.

You must have a return authorization before making an exchange. Please contact customerservice@GatewayEquestrian.com for a Return authorization number. The number we provide you must appear on the outside of the shipping box, as well as inside on the return paperwork. Once we provide you a return authorization number, the product must be returned within 10 business days.

If an item is returned that is not resaleable as new, or past the 7 day limit, it will be returned to you at your expense.

For your protection, we recommend that you ship your return back to us via UPS or US Postal Service with insured service.

Gateway Equestrian cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipments. return to:
